Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.
We're currently seeking an Appliance Repair Technician for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 3 to 5 years of industry experience.
This position can make $25 per hour depending on experience.
This position will cover our residential NJ portfolio and the selected candidate will be provided with a van/truck for travel.

- Washers
- Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Refrigerators
- Microwaves
- Electric Ranges – Gas Ranges
- Air Conditioners
Qualifications

- Trade school degree and refrigeration certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience
