Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Controls opportunity for our customer in Oak Ridge, TN at the Y-12 National Security Complex.
Clearance: Active DOE L or Q (or DOD Secret of Top-Secret) security clearance preferred. Uncleared candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsibilities:

• Develop and examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
• Examine requests for budget revisions, recommend approval or denial and draft correspondence.
• Provide technical assistance in the preparation of budgets.
• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production or other operational schedules.
• Display efficient knowledge of project control systems, DOE reporting requirements, schedule development, maintenance, and status.
• Demonstrate the use of effective project management skills.
• Deliver results/outcomes that support the task mission.
• Measure/monitor the degree of customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit a pursuit to partner strategically by sharing methods that could introduce innovation or bring best business practices to the delivery of services.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
BA/BS Degree plus 10 to 14 years of direct experience required, or an MA or MS with 10 to 13 years of experience.
Basic Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Must be US citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Security:
Preference is for candidates who possess a current Active “Q” clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” security clearance.
