Job Description:

The Night Auditor works at the front desk of a hotel during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. This position will be seasonal.

A day in the life…

The Night Auditor's duties include (but not limited to):

• Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Check guests in and out.
• Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk ins.
• Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.
• Occasionally get guest cars from valet parking lot

The Security Agent's duties will include (but not limited to):

• Respond to individual guest needs and concerns.
• Patrol property, both inside and outside.
• Check security locks and alarms on doors and stairwells.
• Escort guests as needed.
• Submit written reports.
• Work cooperatively with local law enforcement.

• Have front office experience, preferably with some audit experience.
• Are computer savvy.
• Have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends and holidays.
