Beach Server
The responsibilities of a server include, but not limited to:
- Must have a neat and well-groomed appearance. It is important that you have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Be able to work in different outdoor weather conditions & in the sand
- Provide dining service to guest which is in line with established level of standards for a Four Diamond property
- Develop repeat business by sustaining a pleasant attitude towards all guest
- Use suggestive selling techniques when taking food and beverage orders
- Being a team player
- All servers must be able to work, weekends & holidays
