Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performing web applications across desktop and mobile that align with our business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end sides of our platforms.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to ensure seamless implementation of new features and improvements.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to operations and activities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Angular, Expo, Vue).
• Strong understanding of back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, Node.js).
• Experience with websocket technology and frameworks (e.g. socket.io)
• Experience with database technology, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with server, network, and hosting environments, including an understanding of how to containerize and scale applications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development roles, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrates your skills and achievements.
• Proven track record of developing and managing high-availability web applications.
• Experience with online text editors is a plusExperience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and continuous integration.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to achieving project goals and timelines.
• Experience with LLM technology and frameworks, including custom functions, Langchain Agents and streaming data types
• Experience shipping a performant and complex web application across desktop and mobile.
