Key Responsibilities

• Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications to support load changes.
• Develop data storage solutions, choosing the appropriate database technology for the system requirements.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests, contributing to continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues within the backend infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities where beneficial.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript (Node.js).
• Experience with server-side frameworks and technologies.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying scalable applications in a cloud environment.

Experience and Qualifications
