The responsibilities of a Senior Software Developer Team Lead include participating in technical design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of enhancements to applications within area of responsibility. This entails defining product and functional requirements based on customer and partner requirements, as well as designing, developing, and testing software for enterprise applications. In addition, the Senior Software Developer Team Lead will have the responsibility of innovating solutions that facilitate communication between multiple applications and systems.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

- At least 10 years of related development experience

- Master’s degree in computer science or related field

- Experience working with C♯

- 5 years of practical experience professional in .NET/C♯

- Proficient working in full stack development cycles.

- Proficient integrating with SDKs and server APIs.

- Proficient working with Windows Communication Framework (WCF).

- Proficient with development tools such as Visual Studio; Source Control Systems (Git) & SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

- Proficient working with Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) and Progress/Telerik UI Toolkit.

- Proficient working with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

- Proficient with Microsoft Message Queue.

- Experience of HTTP, REST, and other fundamental network technologies.

- Experience working within an Agile and version-controlled environment.

- Leverage DevOps and continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and frameworks.

- Develop deployment pipelines and processes to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

- Ability to work closely with the development teams to promote best application security practices.

- Ability to supervise others.

- Perform other duties as needed to help fulfill our mission.
