Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lead and supervise concrete construction projects at various job sites, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials for each project to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Perform hands-on concrete work, including formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing, as needed to support project progress.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably with a focus on concrete work, in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire construction crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel extensively and work on projects in various locations across the region or country.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding physical tasks in various weather conditions.
