Searching for a Project Foreman position with immediate availability, involving travel and focus on pre-engineered metal buildings. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of proven experience. Possession of an NCCCO Crane Certification is a bonus. This role entails overseeing field operations to ensure quality control and assurance.

We offer $100/day Per Diem and $150 One-way Travel Pay.

Responsibilities of the Project Foreman:

• Demonstrated familiarity with pre-engineered metal buildings and their construction processes.
• Oversight of project completion within specified timelines, budget adherence, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Development and adherence to project schedules.
• Management of work teams, subcontractors, and logistics for materials and equipment transportation to construction sites.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications for the Project Foreman:

• Five years of previous experience specifically with pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Project Foreman.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Lift certifications are beneficial.
• OSHA certification is advantageous.
