Edge One is seeking an experienced Armored Operations Manager to come and join our growing team! This position is responsible for the overall management of armored truck operations for Edge One in the state of Wisconsin. This managerial position will help successfully lead all armored truck technicians for Wisconsin. This position will be based in the Edge One Glendale, WI office.

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for maintenance, ground upkeep and security of Glendale, WI.

2. Assist with recruitment efforts, by partnering with human resources and the leadership team to coordinate and interview all future armored technicians.

3. Schedule frequent visits to multiple armored locations throughout Edge One.

4. Develop, maintain and be able to understand the products and services available through Edge One.

5. Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and communication.

6. Develop and document training curriculum and programs for all armored technicians, this includes providing new hires with proper training during orientation.

7. Partner with human resources to complete payroll items, performance reviews and necessary disciplinary items for armored technicians.

8. Represent Edge One in an honest and professional manner.

9. Track associates licensing and certifications, ensuring that all employees are up to date on necessary certifications including but not limited too, gun safety and regulations, driving records, and insurance documents.

10. Responsible for maintenance of all company vehicles and service reports within the armored operation.

11. Ensure proper replenishment, settlement and balancing of cash in ATMs and ITMs as outlined in Edge One’s Armored Service agreements.

12. Monitor and schedule courier/ E- cash runs as outlined in Edge One Service agreements.

13. Develop new ways of branding and developing the Edge One Armored industry.

14. Ensure proper compliance with insurance companies with underwriting requirements.

15. Conduct regular route audits and street inspections on route crews.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

2. At least 3-5 years of armored experience required.

3. At least 3-5 years of management experience within security and or transportation industry.

4. Must own a weapon and stay up to date with guns laws and regulations.

5. Carry and Conceal in the state of Wisconsin required.

6. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

7. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and work well without supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
