All lessons will take place on the basketball court at Edge Family Fitness. We have two portable Head Pickleball nets that we set up on the basketball court. We will be offering lessons to Members only, and hope to have an instructor host a weekly intro to pickleball class. Our court is indoors, and already have an established pickleball program!

Responsibilities:
· To create and deepen relationships with clients.

· Teach lessons, camps, clinics, practices, new member orientations, etc. as scheduled. Create lesson plans, and protocols for yourself.

· Build and maintain an active schedule of private lessons, scheduling lesson times directly with students

· Follow club court reservation policies when booking lessons

· Work closely with all desk staff to ensure proper payment is made for all lessons and clinics

NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Able to write, read, speak, hear and see

· Able to demonstrate each pickleball stroke and skill proficiently; able to pass USPTA certification test; NTRP rating a minimum of 4.0 (ideally).

· Standing/moving for prolonged periods

· Walking, running, bending, twisting, and moving sideways: actions involved in playing tennis

· Light equipment set-up and take-down

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
