Essential Functions, Duties, And ResponsibilitiesTasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Run small crews and complete small projects independently or with a team
- Estimate project timelines and material requirements, presenting written estimates to the service manager
- Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers
- Communicate effectively with vendors, owners, service managers, and team members to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
- Update as-built drawings and ensure work is completed within code requirements
- Determine efficient installation methods for changes to existing services
- Communicate daily with the service manager regarding scheduling and work progress
- Obtain and order materials as needed
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Journeyman Electrical License
- Valid Drivers License
- Professional communication skills with clients and contractors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience as an electrical worker
- Ability to complete common repair and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience with commonly used hand and power tools

- Managing Work—Establishing a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish specific goals by planning proper personnel assignments and appropriate resource allocation.

- Stand, walk, climb ladders, sit, use hands, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch or craw.
- Occasionally move or lift more than 75lbs
- May occasionally work beyond posted work hours as well as work overtime due to demand.
