• Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living activities

• Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of California
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid Driver's License
