SUMMARY

The Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Projects assists the Director of Property Management by seeing to the overall day to day operations of the PSH sites. This position works in collaboration with tenants, partner agencies, community residents and stake holders, and property owners to ensure tenants receive safe and decent affordable housing and the supportive services that are needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Provides supervision to the Property Managers for PSH projects.
2. Collaborates with the Director of Property Management to oversee the operations of PSH projects.
3. Reviews and processes tenant applications for eligibility based on project guidelines.
4. Ensures compliance with LIHTC, HOME, HUD, FHLB, and ADAMHS guidelines and works cooperatively with all.
5. Oversees rent and lease administration.
6. Maintains and purges waiting lists according to guidelines.
7. Processes all EDEN and LIHTC required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Troubleshoots problems to assist Property Managers, Facilities and Maintenance staff, and social service agencies staff.
9. Oversees the tenant selection process and vacancy management.
10. Provides oversight of tenant file compliance requirements.
11. Inspects all properties, units, and common areas, at least quarterly and performs all follow-ups with the Property Manager and Manager of Facilities and Maintenance.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in a social service or business-related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of property management or related work experience, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required. LIHTC experience and the ability to speak multiple languages are preferred.
