SUMMARY
The Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Projects assists the Director of Property Management by seeing to the overall day to day operations of the PSH sites. This position works in collaboration with tenants, partner agencies, community residents and stake holders, and property owners to ensure tenants receive safe and decent affordable housing and the supportive services that are needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in a social service or business-related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of property management or related work experience, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required. LIHTC experience and the ability to speak multiple languages are preferred.
