Position Overview: Dental Assistant with CEREC Inlay/Onlay Milling, CAD/CAM Crown Designing, 3D Printing and Front Office Experience

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RDA with a strong background in dental assisting to support our doctors and ensure seamless patient care. This role will encompass both 1) back-office responsibilities, including chairside assistance for our Spear-trained doctor and 3D Printing/Designing Crown/Milling Inlay and 2) front-office tasks such as patient scheduling, phone etiquette, treatment plan presentations and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

- Assists the dentist in all aspects of dental procedures, including CEREC Inlay/Onlay Milling, CAD/CAM Crown Designing, 3D Printing.

- Perform chair-side assisting duties during all dental procedures including veneers, BioClear Black Triangle closing and inlay/onlay prep.

- Invisalign attachment bonding/debonding and clear aligner delivery.

- Sterilize and set up instruments and equipment for dental procedures.

- Take and develop dental x-rays and intraoral photos.

- Record and update patient medical and dental histories.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care.

- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.

- Manage front office tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and verifying insurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Completion of dental assistant training program.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CEREC Inlay/Onlay Milling, CAD/CAM Crown Designing, 3D Printing and Front Office Experience.

- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Dentrix, Dexis, iTero Scanner, Medit i700 Scanner and Microsoft Office.
