RATE OF PAY:

$24.35/hour

HOURS PER DAY:

8 hours/day

START & ENDING TIME:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

260 days/year

PAID HOLIDAYS:

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

High school graduate or equivalent.
One year post-secondary training in computer or secretarial skills.
Two years secretarial experience in an educational setting preferred.
Demonstrated customer service skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated communication and record keeping skills.
Ability to set priorities, organize work, handle multiple tasks, and be patient and flexible.
Knowledge of the following programs would be beneficial: TIES Finance System, Adobe Illustrator/Page Maker/In Design, Campus
