We're hiring an After Hours / On-Call Registered Nurse to serve our patients in Bellingham, WA!
OVERVIEW
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the planning, coordinating, providing, and documenting care for terminally ill patients from day of admission through day of discharge. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the Registered Nurse develops and implements a hospice plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as the Agency’s policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
Experience as an RN commensurate with one (1) of the following preferred:
One (1) year acute care experience within the last two (2) years.
One (1) year home health care experience within the last two (2) years.
One (1) year community health or public health experience within the last two (2) years.
One (1) year hospice experience within the last two (2) years.
Current BCLS certification.
A valid driver’s license, reliable auto, and current auto insurance.
