Eden Health is hiring an Executive Director with active Registered Nursing License to support our business development efforts. The Executive Director is responsible for the Home Health day-to-day operations, keeping the Agency in compliance with State and Federal regulations. This position employs staff and provides adequate staff education and evaluation.

Job Summary:
Meets regularly with the Senior Operations, Clinical Management, and the Professional Advisory Committee and provides written quarterly reports to the governing body.
Interprets and implements policies for guidance of staff, patients, and the public.
Responsible for creating and implementing an effective comprehensive Marketing and Business Development Plan for the Agency, to include but not limited to, hiring of appropriate account representative(s), referral source growth and retention, and community outreach programs. Plans, coordinates, directs, and controls the operations of the Agency.
Maintains effective communication between the Governing Body, Senior Operations, and Clinical Management, professional staff, and Agency staff.
Hires qualified personnel, including assuring the development of personnel qualifications and policies.
Exercises mature judgment in properly controlling aspects of financial operation by receiving ongoing reports from bookkeeping/accounting staff.
Maintains a system of staff communication that coordinates implementation of plans of treatment and the use of necessary services for comprehensive care of patients.
Participates in the Agency’s information management and performance improvement programs.
Keeps up-to-date on new developments as related to the Agency in regard to state and federal regulatory agencies.
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Must hold active Registered Nursing license in Oregon
Demonstrated experience of performance in increasing census and financial outcomes
Healthcare marketing experience in home health and/or hospice industry, DME, medical supplies outside sales, pharmaceutical sales, and/or other industries which may call on contacts at SNF, Hospitals, Dr. Offices, ALFs and more
Able to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of computer software programs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to pass criminal background check and national sex offender clearance
