Eden Health Care is Hiring a Transportation Supervisor Near Smithfield, RI
Transportation Supervisor needed to oversee in house transports for multiple facilities. The chosen applicant must posess a current valid drivers license, time management skills and organizational skills, must be able to work with various staff, maintain transport schedule for multiple locations via scheduling software.
- Assisting patients or lifting patients into wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Transporting patients safely to various locations
- Offering support, encouragement, and solace to patients.
- Ensuring patients are comfortable and safe during transit.
- Monitoring the scheduling system for transport requests and completing them promptly.
- Complying with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintaining accurate daily logs.
Patient Transporter Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is favorable.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication.
- Reliable time-management and punctuality.
- Good physical fitness.
- CNS certiication and or EMT
