Our office is excited to welcome a new member to our team! We are currently seeking an Insurance Coordinator/ front desk extraordinaire who can help our office deliver an outstanding patient experience.

We are a well established, care focused, private practice in North Portland. We are committed to quality dentistry, and our patients are our priority in every way. We are seeking a talented, friendly and outgoing candidate with excellent communication skills as our Insurance Coordinator.

Skills needed include:

• Greeting/checking patient in
• Scheduling
• Collecting money
• Posting Payments
• Calculating insurance coverage
• Insurance claim follow-up
• Accounts Receivable
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Computer skills
• Up-beat professional personality and appearance

1 year of experience in the dental field is preferred, but if the right candidate has other front office/administration experience we will consider training for the right person.
