Eddy is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Provo, UT
- Assist businesses all around the country with software and payroll inquiries. (We get to talk with some really cool people).
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide a positive client experience through phone call, email, text, and chat.
- Help clients complete projects to make their lives easier.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Investigate and resolve payroll tax questions.
- Calculate and process various types of payrolls in multiple states.
- Ensure overall payroll data records are accurate
What you need to get the job done: (minimum qualifications)
- Proficient typing and 10 key speed.
- Customer Service / Client facing background.
- Strong communication skills / Eloquent writing skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge.
- Basic understanding of software and web based applications.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
