Position Summary

This position is responsible for reporting company performance metrics and serving as the production communication lead. The Operations Analyst will accumulate and interpret various data sets, providing accurate and actionable outputs for the organization to utilize.

Essential Functions

· Work in various systems, such as ERP - Fresh Byte, to obtain necessary data.

· Organize data into central reporting systems, with a strategic focus towards the automation of data capture and accumulation for daily and weekly reporting.

· Work with cross-functional teams to understand processes and collect information on operational performance.

· Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics, identify trends, and analyze variances.

· Distribute daily and weekly reports and information to various stakeholders promptly.

· Assemble daily production supervisor report communications.

· Assist in the month-end reporting process, providing accurate and timely outputs.

· Serve as the capital investment lead, coordinate and submit capital request data, track spending, and submit capitalization completion requests.

· Other tasks and special projects as needed.

Education / Skills / Experience

· Strong data entry skills are necessary as we transition from manual entry to automated data flows.

· Ability to stay organized and facilitate multi-task work in a fast-paced energetic environment.

· Confidence in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).

· Ability to understand the reporting needs of the business and implement a strategy to structure internal data accordingly.

· Experience with an FP&A reporting solution such as Datarails is a plus.

· Experience with an ETL or BI tool is a plus.
