Full Job Description

Fernandez Legal is seeking a bilingual associate transactional attorney with experience in corporate governance, contracts, compliance and regulatory matters, real estate development, and commercial leasing, to assist its growing team of attorneys. Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm is strongly preferred. Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

Requirements for the Position:

· 3 years of meaningful legal experience.

Must be fully bilingual - English and Spanish

· Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

· Outstanding references.

· Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Florida.

Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 law firm is strongly preferred.
