This is how you will grow:

Responsible for coordinating between the installation contractor, subcontractors, project management team, Field Equipment Installation Coordinator, and Field OEM Installation Coordinator to ensure effective implementation of project installations. 

  •  Serve as the primary liaison between the installation contractor, subcontractors, project management team, Field Equipment Installation Coordinator, and Field OEM Installation Coordinator for all installation-related activities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of installation processes and procedures, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics coordination, to support field equipment installation activities and OEM equipment installation requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities, particularly regarding installation requirements for field equipment and OEM equipment.
  • Work closely with the Field Equipment Installation Coordinator and Field OEM Installation Coordinator to monitor installation progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Provide support and guidance to the project management team in analyzing installation-related data and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate change management processes related to installations, including the review and approval of change requests and the implementation of approved changes.
  • Assist in project planning and forecasting activities related to installations by providing input and insights based on project data and analysis
  • Ensure that installation activities are conducted in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices, and that they support the overall success of the project 

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office, Exchange, Outlook
  • 2D and 3D CAD proficient
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management software
  • Knowledgeable in Project scheduling 
  • Knowledgeable of reproduction equipment
