Responsibilities - Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule appointments for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, and more.
• Greet customers and answer questions, offer additional services and products including special promotions
• Follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Review completed work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications - Service Advisor:

• Automotive Service Advisor and/or Dealership experience is preferred
• Basic automotive operational knowledge is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
