Job Summary:
Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in La Pine, Oregon. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our petroleum retail store by providing excellent customer service, managing inventory and merchandise, and leading a team of employees. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a competitive salary of $50,000 per year.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store, including but not limited to: staff management, customer service, inventory management, and sales performance.
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a productive work environment.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure proper merchandising and pricing in the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Complete all required administrative tasks, including but not limited to: inventory reports, employee scheduling, and payroll.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a petroleum or convenience store environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
