Ed Shults of Warren needs an energetic, professional, Business Development Coordinator to join our Service Department team!

Service BDC Responsibilities:

Responsible for making outbound phone calls to prospective customers and follow-up calls to recent service department customers

Responsible for assisting with inbound customer phone calls

Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers

Educate oneself on the latest service & product offerings, including pricing

Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers

Assist with incoming internet, email, and phone service leads

Be available to respond to inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner

Prepared to interact with customers via phone and email every day

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online

Respond to email inquiries, immediately to provide the best customer service possible

Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to handle objections over the phone

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
