Job Responsibilities
- Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims
- Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
- Keeps abreast of all factory- recalls and announcements
- Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
Job Requirements
- 3 years of Previous Automotive Warranty Administrative experience required
- CDK experience highly desirable.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability
