Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Consulting with customers to find a Buick/GMC vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Gain a working knowledge of the Buick/GMC product line
  • Attend training offered by both Buick/GMC and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
  • The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
  • Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Must have previous Sales experience
  • Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
  • Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
  • Successfully complete a background and drug screening
