We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities

• Manage online sales operations, including responding to leads and following up with potential customers.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized assistance and exceptional service.
• Ensure accurate online inventory listings and coordinate promotions with the sales team.
• Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of internet sales representatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of equivlant experience in automotive sales management experience
• Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
• Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently
