The Ed Martin Auto Group is seeking an experienced Buy Here Pay Here manager at Ed Martin Auto Credit in Anderson, IN.

Buy Here Pay Here Manager Responsibilities:

• Pre-Owned vehicle acquisition
• Underwriting new accounts
• Managing collections agent
• Maintain a highly motivated and productive sales force
• Handling customer challenges while maintaining personal composure 

Buy Here Pay Here Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years BHPH experience.
• Have prior experience managing teams of sales representatives.
• Be able to master CRM software, inventory control & pricing tools
• Be high energy, outgoing, and willing to work hand-in-hand with our sales team.
• Must be a driven leader with motivational skills and proven customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
• Must have strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated organizational ability.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
