Responsibilities
This position is responsible for scheduling all direct care staff and assures that Ecumen communities are adequately staffed 24/7.
Essential job responsibilities include:
Qualifications
Scheduling Coordinator
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant Experience: previous experience working with staffing and scheduling in a healthcare setting
- Proficient computer skills including previous experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); able to learn scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous union contract scheduling experience
- Previous experience in long term care staffing operations and administration
