Position SummaryThe Supply Chain Clerk orders, retrieves and stocks patient care unit/divisional supplies. In this role, you will be required to:
Assist with adding new supply items or remove supply items from pyxis machines
Check pyxis for missing labels, broken buttons, broken bins, etc. and facilitate fixing
Conduct a complete inventory of pyxis supply items and counts
Organize/straighten up supply room, pyxis supply bins, and shelves
Reconcile temporary patients from pyxis patient list
Remove expired supplies and update supply expiration dates
Restock returned/unused supplies into pyxis
Retrieval of items from the stockroom to address short-term supply need
Retrieve specialty items from stockroom or other areas throughout the hospital
Return items to stockroom
Review and update pyxis inventory counts
Review pyxis low/critical inventory report
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma
Less than 1 year of supply or warehouse experience with shipping & receiving activity.

This is a PRN, As Needed position
Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm)
Shift hours varies
Required to work rotational weekends
