Job Summary

This position at a small credit union is for someone with both cash handling and customer service experience. The person hired must work well with other employees, take initiative and be able to perform the tasks below. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:55 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Perform member transactions

-Assist members with questions

-Cross-sell products and services

-Open and close accounts

-Maintain files

-Perform any additionally assigned tasks

Qualifications and Skills

-High school graduate (some college preferred)

-At least 1 year of experience handling cash

-At least 1 year of experience in customer service

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33,215 per year ($18.25/hour at 35 hours per week)*
*Once training is complete there is an automatic raise.
