ECS is seeking a Data Scientist to work in our Warner Robins, GA office.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking a highly qualified Data Scientist with an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance to work on our project at Robins Air Force Base, GA. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

The candidate will be involved with product sustainment, product development, lab support, and engineering services in support of the Operational Flight Program (OFP), Test Program Set (TPS) development and support, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance software and Mission Support (MS) business lines. Candidate will assist in evaluating current systems, planning of large-scale system projects, purchasing, installing and support of network communications, including LAN/WAN systems

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be expected to perform at a Senior level with minimal to no assistance from junior level organic staff.
  • Develops plans, coordinates work teams and provides technical support to project team members.
  • Supports engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining of artificial intelligence according to the project needs.
  • Design, develop, and maturate artificial intelligence and implement machine learning models.
  • Develop generative AI and conduct advanced data analytics.
  • Deploy AI to production environments.
  • Code development and developing models in a cloud-based environment using Python.

Required Skills:

  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • US Citizen required per contract.
  • BS in Data Science or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Artificial intelligence design, development, and maturation.
  • Experience in implementing and training machine learning models, development, and application of generative AI, advanced data analytics, supervised and unsupervised learning models, and deploying AI to production environments.
  • Experience in Python code development and developing models in a cloud-base environment.

Desired Skills:

  • 5 Years’ experience working on DoD programs is highly desired.
  • Interest in new technologies and the ability to adopt to those new technologies.
