The ECPI University marketing department is looking for a highly-motivated communications professional who understands social media and the important role it can play in marketing. Grow your expertise in the supportive and creative environment of our talented marketing team. We’ll give you all the resources you need to succeed!
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, post and monitor the University’s social media accounts
- Develop social media strategies that support University marketing goals
- Report relevant social media metrics
- Interview & video/shoot subjects for content
- Manage budgets for social media advertising (boosts)
- Act as social media advisor and point of contact for multiple clients and locations
- Experience with social media content management programs a plus (Sprout Social, etc.)
Qualifications
- Experience supporting businesses across multiple social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
- Passionate about social media and the opportunities it can provide
- Comfortable with the creative process of ideating, writing, editing and posting content
- Ability to initiate and execute new projects or campaigns
- Comfortable in new situations, staging group photos and conversing with a variety of audiences to gather social media content
- Familiar with utilizing data and metrics to improve content, views, engagement, and impressions (i.e. Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- A positive self-starter who is comfortable working independently or in a team environment
- High attention to detail is a must
