As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents to create efficient and scalable business applications. The Power Platform Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient interface.
• Create workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and understand requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.
• Customize and configure Power Platform applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.
• Plan and execute the deployment of applications, workflows, and dashboards to production environments.
• Document all aspects of the Power Platform solutions, including design, configuration, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of existing Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Four-year college degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, Business or other relevant combination of training and comparable work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Azure

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

• Power Platform experience (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Azure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Ability to quickly re-direct attention and focus between multiple initiatives.
• Proven effective listening skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 platforms.
