ECPI University is Hiring a Remote Online Software Development Academic Support Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience:
- 1-2 years prior work experience within the past 5 years required
- Coursework in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines preferred.
Required Skills:
- The highest levels of integrity at all times
- Ability to work in a 5-week accelerated course environment
- Ability to quickly build connections with students using strong interpersonal skills (including
approachability and empathy) - Attentive listener, and able to see multiple perspectives
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting distance learning students in higher education or other setting
- Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple, competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of both current practices and emerging trends in distance learning and related technologies
- Orientation toward results
