Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 Job Description The ICA team maintains an evolving portfolio of engagements that tackle some of the most complex issues in the housing and community development field and result in team members gaining first-hand experience with a range of innovative efforts across the country. Examples of the team’s current projects include supporting local housing and education partnerships in communities across the country, leading a racial equity impact assessment of Michigan’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, and developing a housing training and technical assistance program for local officials in Colorado. The team’s evolving portfolio both offers opportunities to pursue projects that align with our team members' existing areas of expertise and challenges us to develop new skills, knowledge areas and relationships. The Program Director will be an integral member of the growing ICA team and involved in all aspects of our work from building our project pipeline to leading and implementing projects. They will also have the opportunity to work on projects led by other Enterprise Advisors teams and other parts of Enterprise that align with their interests and expertise. The Program Director will report to the Director for Incubation, Cultivation and Acceleration. Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the ICA team’s pipeline of work (e.g., identifying impactful models and partnerships to explore, drafting compelling proposals and building buy-in around those opportunities). Lead and manage projects (e.g., scoping, defining the approach and team, budgeting, managing the project team, reviewing products and ensuring the project aligns with Enterprise’s mission and our partners’ needs). Develop written and visual content, methods and products. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, partner organizations and other teams within Enterprise.
