Design Consultant Description:
Looking for experienced sales professionals who want to be part of a winning team. A Design Consultant runs qualified, confirmed appointments working with homeowners on window and door replacement projects. Design Consultants meet with homeowners, inspect existing windows and doors, perform product demonstrations, offer solutions that solve homeowner problems and execute project paperwork. No construction experience is necessary however a winning attitude and perseverance is. Design Consultants will work more than 40 hours per week with drive times.
Requirements:
- Design Consultants must have a reliable vehicle that can transport product samples.
- Design Consultants must have car insurance and no restrictions on their driving record.
- Proficient with iOS and web-based applications.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to learn.
Compensation:
Commission plus bonus.
- Income ranges from $130,000 to $250,000 . We are looking for the best.
- Training is 3 weeks, paid hourly during training.
- Benefits available after 90 days.
