Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry, and a proven track record of driving new business and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads and secure new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding client base.
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts to achieve favorable terms.
• Provide input on marketing strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide detailed sales reports and market analysis to management.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $15/hour
• Commission: 5% on all sales generated from this sales role
• Profit Sharing: Additional 5% of the net profit distributed quarterly

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, building materials, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
