Ecosouth, located in Huntington, Texas, is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team. With a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, this position offers the opportunity to lead and oversee our eco-friendly initiatives in the heart of Texas. As a Site Manager at Ecosouth, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our environmentally conscious projects, making a tangible impact in our community. Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
  • Make sure all trucks get on their routes safely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Must be able to follow through on commitments.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
