Role Title: Front Desk Coordinator (Hybrid)
The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to understand the value of excellent customer service and will provide top-level service to all our visitors and internal team members in keeping with our CruisitudeTM culture.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the company's callers & visitors "First Impression" of Cruise Planners. The switchboard should be open and operating promptly at 9:00 a.m. and throughout the day until 5:30 p.m. Relief switchboard coverage will be provided for a 45-minute lunch.
* Professionally answer all incoming calls to the Main Switchboard, ensuring phone calls are handled politely, efficiently & directed to the correct person or department/queue. Greet all guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner w/CruisitudeTM.
* Maintain TV monitor PowerPoint(s) updated to welcome visitors.
* Manage common areas, CP Lounge, conference rooms, wellness rooms, coffee machines & office supplies.
* Order Office Supplies upon approval. (Amazon, Staples, Uline, etc.)
* Maintain updates on phone and department directories.
* Assist People & Culture Department with all team engagement efforts and event activities.
* Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as creating invites and announcements with the use of design software such as Canva and Campaigner.
* Serves as back-up to Offices Services Coordinator (Mailroom) as needed.

* Excellent phone etiquette.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organization and time management skills.
* Ability to process large amount of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to take direction and follow through.
* Punctual and self-motivated.
* Able to work with minimum supervision and think proactively.
* Must be customer service driven.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Knowledge of design software such as Canva and Campaigner.
* Able to multi-task.
This is a hybrid role (Mondays-Thursdays on-site, Fridays - remote).
