Currently, we are hiring for a Start Tech Manager to help hire, train, and manage our Pest Control Start Technicians. This role is designed to be in the field with local technicians for full support and is a crucial part of having a successful summer for both operations and sales.

Responsibilities

What will I be doing in this position?

We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:

• Hire, train, and license Pest Control Start Technicians
• Hold weekly meetings with the Start Technician team
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians when needed
• Complete daily technician and customer audits
• Assist technicians in the field on a regular basis
• Review accounts to ensure SCR’s are being uploaded
• Manage and audit routes throughout the day
• Function as the main point of contact for Start Techs and Sales Managers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of pest control experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
• Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
• Must earn and maintain state-required training (provided) and pest control licensing
