We are looking for a 1st Shift, Mixing Machine Operator to join our Delphos, OH team! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm, overtime as neededMixing Machine Operator Pay Rate- $20/hour Mixing Machine Operator Core Contributions:Safety & Team Coordination:Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team membersEmpowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observedStart each shift with a team huddle and stretchesMachine Operations:Set up machine at the beginning of each shiftWork with materials and machines, following standard proceduresTake manual measurements to ensure high qualityTraining & Cross-Training:Participate in regular training sessionsCross-train others to enhance team capabilitiesMixing Machine Operator Essential Experiences:High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experienceMust be able to lift 75 lbs. depending on the area you’re assignedStrong work ethic and ability to follow written and verbal directionsFlexibility to work overtime as needed
