We are looking for a PPAP Coordinator / Quality Admin – Full Time or Part Time available.Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) in accordance with AIAG and customer requirements
• Follow internal processes according to the Quality Management System
• Work with Sales and Planner to fulfill PPAP order on time
• Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers for PPAP build
• Work with Metrology Laboratory for assisting First Article Inspection (FAI) measurement
• Compile and calculate Initial Process Capability Studies with Minitab or SPC XL
• Assisting with data collection and logistic preparation for customer PPAP submission
• Prepare PPAP package with presentable format
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards for monitoring process executions for incoming and outgoing PPAP from supplier and to customer respectively
• Analyze and maintain data integrity in the EOne ERP and Agile PLM systems to support streamlined execution of the PPAP process
• Interacts effectively with internal and external customers
• Communicates issues or potential problems to PPAP Manager

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to read Engineering Drawing and Engineering Standard
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Engineering
• Detail oriented
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use basic measurement tools and gages
• Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Process Capability Study is desired
