WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We offer this estimation position competitive pay of up to $35/hour .

This is a full-time estimation position with flexible hours to accommodate our project needs.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Construction Estimator, you'll gather bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors, review construction documents, and research the costs of materials, labor, and equipment. Using your keen numerical skills, you'll generate precise estimates for labor, material take-offs, and expenses, ensuring each project stays within budgetary constraints. With a focus on detail, you'll monitor project costs at various stages and obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, submitting all bids and expenses for management review. You'll also build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BE A CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR?
  • 3 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial and residential construction
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions correspondence, memos, blueprints, and floor plans
  • Ability to read contracts, documents, and reports
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
  • Solid knowledge of MEP systems
