Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities, performing maintenance tasks to ensure functionality and safety.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Collaborating with contractors and vendors for larger repairs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

-Maintain Cleaning od facilities

- Duties as assigned

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Physical stamina and dexterity for manual labor tasks
