Econo Lodge is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Streetsboro, OH
```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
- Collaborate with hotel Housekeeping departments to ensure daily operations have gotten started.
-Help deliver all linen and ensure housekeeping tasks are running smoothly - work with quality assurance to ensure the max # of rooms are ready to rent before the end of the shift.
- Start the daily laundry process - ensure sufficient supplies are cycled and cleaned and ready for housekeepers.
- Clean office/lobby area
- initiating breakfast soon - should be able to adapt to changes in daily duties.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
