I am seeking a Management Trainee for Econo Auto Painting in Daytona Beach. You must have two years of store/shop management experience. This position will transition into a production or store manager after two weeks of training. Our managers are working hands-on managers in a non-heated/non-air conditioned shop, you will get dirty and need a shower when you go home. You must have a vehicle driven to work daily (for bank runs, take customers home, etc.). Working hours are Mon- Fri 7:45 am- 5:30 pm and Saturdays 8:45 am -12:30 pm, but might be later depending on the workload. Prior sales experience is extremely helpful. Prior Automotive experience is not necessary, it is however helpful. This position compensates with weekly salary and once promoted to Management the opportunity to earn weekly commission and weekly bonuses.
